We send the voucher
A designed PDF by email within a day — to you or straight to them, on the date you choose.

They pick the day
They contact us with the voucher code and we plan their date, boat and route around them. Valid 24 months.
No payment online — we confirm the details by email first, then take payment by card link or bank transfer, like every booking we run.
How long is a voucher valid?
24 months from the date of issue — two full seasons, so a Christmas voucher comfortably covers two summers.
What if the weather cancels their day?
Same promise as every booking: if the sea says no, we reschedule free or the voucher stays whole. A voucher is never lost to weather.
Can they upgrade or change the experience?
Yes — a voucher for a sunset cruise can become part-payment for a yacht day, or the other way round. It holds its value against anything we run.
