Nearly three decades on the same waters.

It started in 1997 with a single boat, back when the coves still felt like ours. Almost three decades on, we run a fleet of nine motor yachts, speedboats and catamarans, crewed year-round from Cavtat.

Still family-run. Every booking lands on a real desk, and every trip is planned around the people taking it: a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice winner and Booking Manager Golden Partner, earned one guest at a time. What holds it together is simple: safety first, honest dealing, and days built around the guest, never the other way round.

“We’d rather turn a booking away than break a promise on the water.”

Life aboard the fleet.

Real days from real summers, the swims, the sunsets, the crew and the coves only a boat can reach.
Our sister company

Epidaurum, the other half of the family.

Same family, same Cavtat dock. Epidaurum holds part of the shared fleet and handles the boats behind the scenes, so you get more vessels to one standard. It also runs our on-the-water kit, the jet skis, paddleboards and towables you can add to any day afloat.

The people behind your day on the water.

A small, year-round team in Cavtat, with a wider seasonal crew of skippers, hostesses and drivers across the summer months.

From one boat to a fleet of nine.

A short history of how we got from a single rented vessel to the Dubrovnik fleet you can book today.
  • The first boat

A single motor boat, a phone in the office and a printed brochure. The Dubrovnik coast was quieter, and the bays were ours.

  • Cavtat headquarters

We moved into our office on Bogišićeva Tiha in Cavtat, where we still are today.

  • The Ferretti 591 joins

Our flagship motor yacht, Borna I, becomes the centrepiece of the fleet and starts a wave of new arrivals.

  • Booking Manager Golden Partner

We are recognised as an exclusive Golden Partner of Booking Manager, the industry’s leading charter platform.

  • The catamarans arrive

Lux Cat Allegra and Cat 17 Epidaurum bring our capacity up to 12 guests per boat, opening the fleet to bigger groups and celebrations.

  • TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice

100+ verified reviews and a renewed Travellers’ Choice award. The fleet now stands at nine boats.

The sea we work on

Three generations in, we plan on three more.

Our family has fished, sailed and worked this water since before anyone called it a destination. Keeping it worth visiting is not a marketing line — it is the family business plan.
We anchor on sand, not seagrass
Posidonia meadows are the Adriatic's lungs and they don't grow back in a season. Our skippers know every sand patch on the route — that's where the hook goes.
Nothing goes over the side
Everything that boards with us leaves with us, and the crew hauls out stray plastic when the day's rhythm allows. Reef-safe sunscreen is aboard if you forgot yours.
Local quays, local kitchens
Lunch stops are family konobas on village quays — the money from your day stays on the islands that made it worth taking.
