What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight from departure. Early or late, the driver adjusts to your actual landing time, there is no extra charge for waiting on a delayed flight.
How much luggage fits?
The E-Class takes two large suitcases plus cabin bags; the V-Class swallows a full family’s luggage. Tell us your bag count and we’ll size the vehicle.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child and booster seats are fitted on request at no extra charge. Let us know the ages in the booking form so the right seats are in before pickup.
Do I need my passport?
For Kotor and Tivat (Montenegro) and Mostar (Bosnia) yes, every traveller needs a physical passport. Runs within Croatia need only an ID card.
How do I pay and confirm?
A small deposit confirms the transfer by bank transfer or secure link. The balance is settled on the day, in cash or by card.
