A wishlist, not a menu
How our returning guests book: they describe the day.
A tailor-made private tour from Dubrovnik starts with a wishlist, not a menu. Some guests want three islands and two long swims; some want oysters at Mali Ston and a cellar on the Dingač slopes; some want the boat out at golden hour with champagne on ice. Tell us the day you’re imagining — we’ve been building them here since 1997, and the builder below takes about a minute.

01
Pick the places
Islands and coves by boat, Kotor or wine country by Mercedes — or both in one day.
02
Set the pace
Linger over a long lunch or pack the day full — the driver follows your lead.
03
One private crew
A boat with skipper, an E- or V-Class with driver — only your group aboard.

Mixed · Boat + Mercedes
Pelješac by road, home by sea.A morning on Pelješac by Mercedes — oysters at the water’s edge in Mali Ston, a Dingač cellar on the slopes — then the boat home along the coast with a swim stop. Our favourite kind of day.
Start with this ideaInsider: the best custom days mix modes — a morning on Pelješac by Mercedes, oysters at the water’s edge, and the boat home along the coast.
Design your day. Tap, don't type.
Most fields are tappable, pick destinations and interests by tapping a chip rather than typing.
Trip type
Blue water first: tap the islands and coves, and the skipper builds the route around the wind and the swim stops.
Mercedes and driver: Kotor, Mostar, wine country or the quiet villages — the road map is yours.
The best of both: a morning by Mercedes, an afternoon by boat — the days our returning guests rave about.
A birthday, a proposal, a team day — tell us the occasion and our events crew takes it from there.
A custom crossing or drive: name the two ends and the stops you want between them — luggage handled at both.

Before you ask
Tailor-made, honestly answered.
Can you customise a private boat tour in Dubrovnik?
Yes — that is the whole product. Route, swim stops, lunch, timings and add-ons are all shaped around you. Send the wishlist through the builder above and a draft plan comes back within hours, editable until the day before.
Can you combine a boat tour and a land tour in one day?
Yes, and it’s our favourite kind of day: a morning on Pelješac by Mercedes with oysters at Mali Ston, then the boat home along the coast. Pick Mixed in the builder and list both sides of the wishlist.
How far in advance should I book a custom tour?
In July and August, a few days to a week ahead keeps the full fleet to choose from — the peak weeks book out early. In spring and autumn a day or two is usually enough. Last-minute? Ask anyway; the sea sometimes cooperates.
